I am a 48 year old woman who has found myself, once again, as round as I am tall. I can't think of anyway to get motivated and maybe this will give me some sort of motivation. By letting others now how I feel and how I struggle with my self every day may give me the encouragement that I have been needing.

3:23 am. I woke up to get a drink of water and instead ended up eating most of a tub of whipped cream. Then as if that weren't enough, I had two sweet pickles. I want to stop eating when I wake up. I am not really hungry when I am eating, so I need to find out the reason why I do it.
